Please observe the courtesy of canceling or rescheduling appointments 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs should an emergency arise. However, we also have a strong commitment to our staff and therefore reserve the right to assess a charge equal to 50 percent of your scheduled service for late cancellation, and 100 percent for failure to appear for a reserved appointment.
